Product Description

1.Introduction ofGCTdry magnetic separator

For eliminate the ferromagnetic material with its powerful magnetic field, magnetic force and high iron-cleaning efficiency from powder or granular non magnetic material.

With the soft magnetic material to transmit magnetic force and the computerized simulating design for the magnetic roller and disk, the loss of magnetic field is reduced remarkably with the added no class changes vibrating device, To achieve the best eliminating efficiency, we use the frequency-change and unique weighing sensing technology to keep the material in the required date, Additionally, we used the magnetized disk with strong magnetic field before iron-elimination. As material passes disk, the weak magnetic material is magnetized.

2.Working principal of GCT dry magnetic separator
